When you choose "New Book..." a Save as dialog box will appear. In the file name field you'll need to fill in the name for the file where you're new book will be stored. The file should not already exist and should have a .TCL extension.

Here I call my new book "noahsclips.tcl"

Once the name is filled in, click Save.
